We are an Everyday Carry Product company specializing in minimalist products, headlined by our flagship product The Ridge Wallet. The Ridge Wallet started as a Kickstarter project in 2013 and is now in the hands and pockets of over 3 million people worldwide! We currently operate around the globe selling in the US, Canada, the UK, EU, and Australia on Shopify and through other channels such as Amazon and Wholesalers. We are looking for people interested in positions with tremendous growth potential, but which come with high expectations of work rate and quality of work. We are a fully remote company and are very excited to expand into the Eastern European market to continue to grow our team! We currently have a US-based team of just over 50 people! We currently employ over 60+ international contractors around the world! While this may seem like a lot of people, each department only ranges from 2 - 10 people, which opens up a lot of opportunities for growth and advancement. The Role


Your Responsibilities Will Include


  • Understanding the importance of logging Quality Control issues and knowing when to escalate.
  • Project Management highly preferred- setting the project scope and timelines as well as resource planning and activities scheduling.
  • Overall strong English Reading, Writing and Speaking Skills
  • Working Eastern time preferred - at least until training is complete.
  • 3PL management or similar experience with warehousing operations.
  • ERP experience appreciated, but not required.
  • Adobe suite/general graphic design experience will be required to complete product mockups of new designs.
  • Strong ability to problem solve.
  • Kustomer experience would be a plus - but any similar Ticketing platform is acceptable (Zendesk, Gorgias)
  • Can manage projects and very comfortable running reports in Gsheets and/or Excel
  • Proficient understanding of Shopify, Microsoft Office/GSuite, Etsy, Notion
  • Can create SOPs for documenting systems and processes
  • Ability to use our Internal Knowledge Base documents to expand on initial training.
  • Strong ability to monitor feedback and trends and clearly communicate those items to the appropriate teams.

  • You have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Ecommerce Industry
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and can articulate your ideas to different stakeholders.
  • You possess excellent communication and influencing skills, are organised and able to multi-task effectively.
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
