We are looking for an Operations Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our operations team to analyze and improve our organization's efficiency and effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have experience in data analysis, process improvement, and project management.

Responsibilities:

Analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement

Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness

Create and maintain operational dashboards to track key performance indicators

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve business issues

Lead or support project management efforts to drive process improvements

Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and results

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or related field

Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
