Job Title: Management Consultant

Location: San Bruno, CA

Pay Range: 39.00-46.00

Contract: 3 months

Work Location: Hybrid (Hybrid work: Tues-Thurs in the office. Monday & Friday remote) in San Bruno, CA

Work Schedule: (Normal PST business hours, Monday - Friday, prefer 9a-6p with breaks)

Project Overview:

Vertical Operations provides support for non-Trust & Safety operations for Partner and Creator Support.

Our teams have end to end accountability for vendor performance which includes but is not limited to overseeing staffing, KPI adherence, quality performance and other operational metrics for BAU activities and product launches with our vendor suppliers and owning updates for our XFN teams

Overall Responsibilities:

• Lead regular business reviews and vendor relationship management activities, and effectively partner with cross functional teams locally and globally to drive continuous vertical improvements and efficiencies at scale.
• Manage critical workflows operated by vendors within the region and lead other critical projects & initiatives relevant to the business function
• Program manage launch support for key launches including ensuring forecasting and agent enablement preparation

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:

• Metrics reporting for overall PCS Operations, including trends and insights at the site level
• Program management for go to market product launches to ensure operational readiness
• Managing site level performance through weekly/monthly/quarterly business reviews

Skill/Experience/Education

Mandatory

• Demonstrated experience in Operations, Strategy & Planning and excellent program management skills, and attention to detail.
• Proven experience to deliver results through cross functional interaction with sales, marketing, finance, product development and other functions strongly preferred.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving and collaborative environment
• High Energy, Independent, Flexible, Self-starter with ability to operate effectively in a fast paced, constantly evolving team environment
• BA/BS degree and a minimum 4 years of experience managing large vendor operations preferably across multiple geographies
• Strong communication and negotiation skills and keen ability to influence cross-functionally.
