About the Job:

The Digital Analytics Associate Manager will focus on maintaining and improving our analytics tech stack as well as supporting our product and marketing teams. They will be working cross-functionally to provide insights and create dashboards; support digital testing; inform MarTech and customer data integration roadmaps; and help tag, analyze, and optimize our customer behavior across all digital channels to drive sales. They will partner closely with our Ecommerce, Marketing, and Technology teams as well as our various vendors. Join our team and help lead the transformation of Taco Bell’s analytics and insights capabilities! The Digital Analytics Associate Manager will be part of the Digital Strategy team and report to the Analytics Manager.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Oversee digital product analytics tagging, development, QA, and A/B test design and set-up across our first-party digital channels.
  • Maintain our product analytics tools (GA360, GA4, Amplitude, Optimizely, ContentSquare) and manage our data hygiene and accuracy.
  • Report on performance for marketing campaigns, traffic sources, digital content, and product usage.
  • Provide customer journey insights to product and experience planning leads.
  • Support Product and Marketing teams’ data, analysis, and reporting needs, understanding their goals to effectively inform decisions.
  • Conduct issue troubleshooting and resolution in close collaboration with the engineering team and external partners and vendors.

Is This You?

  • Able to think, plan, and execute resourcefully across multiple projects.
  • Outstanding analytical, critical thinking, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or MBA) in Business, Marketing, or quantitative discipline; or equivalent years of experience
  • Passionate about customer-centricity and data-driven strategy, with the ability to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders.
  • At least 2+ years of experience in analytics, personalization tools, tag management solutions, and testing tools.
  • Able to interact with management, work independently, and work cross-functionally in a collaborative environment.

Salary Range: $82,400 to $117,590 annually + bonus eligibility + equity (if applicable) + benefits
