- Contribute actively to process enhancements through collaboration with the Learning Design/Project team.
- Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned.
- Collaborate with the Learning Design team to construct new courses within LMS platforms and authoring tools, utilizing provided content.
- Participate in the preparation of course materials, including section updates, document creation, and tool activation.
- Manage the creation of new courses in the LMS using Learning Design team-provided content, as requested.
- Conduct quality assurance (QA) assessments during the build phase, contributing to impeccable course execution.
- Refine and format course content as required for LMS integration, preserving the quality of educational materials.
- Organize and manage reviewed curriculum-related resources, contributing to a structured learning environment.
- Update existing course content within the LMS to ensure ongoing accuracy and relevance (maintenance).
- Maintain course consistency by adhering to development guidelines and aligning with the Learning Design team's curriculum plan.
- Collaborate with the project lead, offering valuable insights and support when needed.
- Utilize working knowledge of HTML to ensure course content is properly applied to course build templates.
- Effective online communication skills encompassing email, video conferencing, and digital technologies.
- Familiarity with WCAG 2.0 Guidelines, promoting accessible and inclusive learning experiences.
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in course content and execution.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google applications.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms such as Canvas (required), Brightspace (required), Blackboard and Moodle (preferred).
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills tailored to a production-oriented setting.
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS, with a solid background in web development.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while adhering to production timelines and deadlines.
