Position Description

The Office Clerk serves a key role in providing administrative support and technical project related services to our Seneca, South Carolina office. This position will be full-time, averaging up to 40 hours per week with potential for overtime. This role will be based out of our Seneca, South Carolina regional office.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Maintaining daily contact with management and support staff.
  • Ability to listen to and follow directions.
  • Supporting all managers with their respective projects.
  • Reading and understanding provided documents for conversion to Microsoft Excel formatting.

Position Requirements
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, SharePoint, and Microsoft Outlook required.
  • Knowledge of underground utility construction and your assigned geographic region preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to communicate in professional manner, both verbal and written, is required.
  • Experience with reading and understanding maps and redlining, as well as experience with AsBuilt documentation preferred.
  • Must possess strong organizational skills.
  • 1-3+ years of Utility Construction/Telecommunications experience preferred.
  • Ability to multi-task while maintaining accuracy is required.
