Office Clerk Jobs

Starting pay of $20 - $22/hour

1st Shift: 7AM – 3:30PM

What You’ll Do

• Process accounts payable using OnBase software
• Other duties as assigned by management
• Complete new hire onboarding documents
• Verify and document attendance, leaves of absence, and pay adjustments
• Maintain employee personnel records with accuracy and compliance
• Facilitate and coordinate employee events

We need you to have: 

• One or more years of experience in a similar position within a manufacturing environment is preferred
• 3+ years of experience in office environment preferred
• Experience using Workday, Kronos, JD Edwards Enterprise, and OnBase software preferred
• Experience using Microsoft Office programs
• High School Diploma or equivalent
