Job Description

MANUFACTURER BASED IN FAIRFIELD NJ

BASIS RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reception

Answer phones and greet guests at the front door with a pleasant and professional manner.

Screen calls Receives and sorts through the mail.

all necessary supplies including office supplies and kitchen supplies for two kitchens and order as necessary.

Schedule meetings as required.

Prepare the conference room for meetings.

Make travel arrangements, flights, hotels, lunch and dinner reservations.

Perform filing, photocopying, etc., Prepare FedEx, UPS and DHL, etc. shipment and track.

Provide assistance to the accounting department as may be required.

Provide personal assistance to the owner. Other duties assigned by Management.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

High School Diploma

Some college preferred.

1+ year of experience in a similar role

Experience with Quick Books a plus

Experience with SAP a plus

Word; Proficient

Excel; Proficient

Experienced with office equipment (copiers, printers, labelers, etc.)

Quick witted and proactive when issues arise.

Time management skills with ability to prioritize projects.

Has excellent organizational, verbal and written skills and communicates effectively to all levels of management.

  • Supports account manager(s)
  • Follow up on documentation to customers (AM in copy).
  • Follow up to ensure samples were received (AM in copy).

Sales Coordinator

  • Validates company, contacts, and other company information.
  • Generates new leads.
  • Set up initial sales call for inside sales or account manager.
  • Generate initial samples.
  • Can generate need for quote.

Inside Sale

  • Manage current business with some growth.
  • Works with account manager if face to face is needed.
  • Builder minded.
  • Small to Medium accounts
