As a Patient Care Coordinator/Nursing Supervisor, you will be responsible for directing the clinical and administrative nursing activities for all patient care units on evening and night shifts. Interpret policies and procedures and communicate to physicians, nursing staff, and other Medical Center departments. Reallocate staff; respond to emergency situations. Serve as professional resource person in resolving complex patient care problems. Participate in development and revision of Nursing Department educational programs, policies, procedures, and standards.

Qualifications:

  • Two to three years of RN experience, Critical Care expereince preferred
  • Current Maryland or Compact RN license
  • BSN degree required
  • CPR certification - AHA, Red Cross, or Military Training Network accepted
