Job Details Description The Terraces of Phoenix, a HumanGood life plan community named one of the Best Nursing Homes of 2023-2024 by U.S. News & World Report is hiring a Nurse Supervisor RN. ** Schedule TBD *** $45.00 - $50.00/hour (DOE)The Nurse Supervisor RN is responsible for the nursing needs of residents, while actively incorporating our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” Additional essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to: Facilitates nursing care provided to all residents and includes residents in decision making processesResponds to emergency situations, carries out physician orders, and documents the event, interventions, and outcomesActively engages residents in participation in daily activities which are part of resident’s rhythm of daily life (including desired hygiene, grooming, and mobility)Assesses resident’s needs at the time of admission and continually evaluates residents’ condition during the duration of their stay and promotes the highest functional level of independence possible (keeping in compliance with state and federal regulations, and the community’s safety proceduresCoordinates the residents’ plan of care with the interdisciplinary team (IDT), physicians, medical personnel, and resident’s family/responsible partyInteracts with other departments such as laboratory, radiology, dietary, facilities, information technology, pharmacy, social services, activities, etc.Makes necessary documentation corrections as a result of medical record auditsAssists in providing Resident and family education To be successful in the role, you would have: Current RN license in the state for which applyingCurrent CPR certificationCurrent/prior Supervisor experience in related fieldCurrent/prior nursing experience in senior care, assisted living, or skilled nursing preferred What's in it for you?
