Short Description

The Nurse Navigator’s role supports, educates, and assists patients and their families, serving as a link to their doctors and supportive services. The Nurse Navigator’s role is key in the implementation of multi-disciplinary care.

Experience Required

Minimum of 2 years Nursing experience and program development background a plus.

Education Requirements

MSN Degrees required.

License/Certification Requirements

Current NJ-RN License, MSN required.
