Job Description
Duties include, but are not limited to :
  • Other guest service related duties as needed or assigned by the Director of Guest Services
  • Running daily, weekly, and monthly reports
  • Answering and directing phone calls from switchboard
  • Planning and booking guest reservations
  • Monitor overnight security and safety in the hotel
  • Auditing of daily front desk and reservation activities
  • Respond to guest requests as needed
  • Guest check-in and check-out procedures

Previous experience working in a resort front desk or reservations capacity is preferred for this position also accounting background and excellent bookkeeping skills is a plus.
Strong communication and mathematical skills are essential for this position. Strong working knowledge of the RDP Windows system is preferred for this position.
Must be self-motivated and detail oriented.
