Newspaper Distributor Opportunity (Independent Contractor)

Give yourself a raise! Be your own boss and help pay your bills or add to your savings. The Tampa Bay Times has business opportunites for independent contractors to distribute newspapers throughout the Pinellas, Pasco, Hernando and Hillsborough areas. Contractor fees are paid weekly.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Drive personal automobile over city streets or rural roads.
• Load newspapers onto vehicle.
• Deliver newspapers to residential homes or place of business.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Work in the early morning hours, two days a week. (Wednesday and Sunday). No collections involved.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be passionate about providing excellent service
• Must be service oriented to provide satisfactory delivery to every customer
• Work within established deadlines.
• If you are unable to perform, or choose not to perform, you are contractually obligated to ensure performance by having a reliable back-up transportation or engaging a subcontractor to perform.
• Must have a valid Florida driver's license, dependable vehicle and provide proof of auto insurance.
• Must be detail oriented and well organized.
