: New Product Introduction - Program Manager

Location: Remote (Preference in PST Time Zone)

Duration: September 2023 - June 2024 + Liley to extend

Pay Rate: $157,000 - $168,000 Annually


We are seeking a skilled Program Manager to contribute to the development and management of the Co-Pilot Solution Play and Co-Pilot Adoption Framework for Microsoft. Your role will involve driving cross-functional collaboration, content creation, and business insights across various teams. This position requires strong project management skills, analytical prowess, and an in-depth understanding of Microsoft's business landscape.

Responsibilities:

  • Support post-launch business management of Co-Pilot, gathering insights and feedback for monthly reviews.
  • Manage Field feedback loop and project manage Field help needed completion.
  • Troubleshoot data discrepancies and assist with ad-hoc data analysis.
  • Manage v-team meetings, document actions, and provide follow-up.
  • Create content for presentations and meetings as needed.
  • Collaborate on the development of Co-Pilot Solution Play materials such as pitch decks, demos, and case studies.
  • Facilitate information gathering across corporate teams and provide analysis for reporting.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders and teams as required.
  • Oversee all Co-Pilot-related activities, meetings, and pre-launch initiatives.

Skills Required:

  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in software such as Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and more.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong business acumen and deep understanding of Microsoft's business.
  • Leadership and mentoring abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management.
  • Basic design skills for creating PowerPoint documents.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, including Excel and KPI Lake pivots.
  • Familiarity with business product portfolios and data analytics.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of Microsoft experience, preferably in Azure, Security, or Modern Work.
