About This Team
This team supports lululemons global supply chain to deliver key new business ventures across new product categories, new channels, and new international markets. This team is also responsible for ensuring successful achievement of key milestones, expected performance and on time delivery.
A day in the life
  • Point of contact for lululemon Product, Market and Channel functions to ensure successful delivery of key initiatives as well as to provide/ coordinate supply chain expertise.
  • Contribute to the development and leadership of the new NMO model for establishing early visibility on new opportunities and governance of key NMO initiatives.
  • Support the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and future NMO/ Supply Chain roadmaps.
  • Ensure clear and effective communications across project teams, lululemon functions, and external suppliers/ business partners.
  • Champion lululemon’s culture and core values.
  • Tracking of project budget and change requests.
  • Supports discovery, research and analysis around new opportunities and in support of key decisions and/or business cases.
  • Provide line-of-sight to PMO and NMO leadership to status, issues, risks, and required decisions across initiatives.
  • Supports Director, NMO in building operating models and frameworks to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of new product, new market and new channel launches.
  • Develop presentation content and drive executive-level updates and business reviews.
  • Ensure performance against plan of Supply Chain deliverables for new product, new market entry (NME) and new channel initiatives, as measured by milestones, KPIs, and supporting metrics.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities for improving product, market and channel launch process and planning for future capabilities.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven experience in project management with multiple functions and business partners
  • Ability to work and deliver in changing environments, under limited guidance while adhering to specified deadlines.
  • Min 5-7+ years’ experience in consulting, project management, or a similar field (Retail or Consumer Products preferred).
  • Experience with new product, market or channel launches strongly preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products
  • Strong analytic skills, strategic thinking and ability to approach key decisions and undefined challenges in a structured way.
  • Facilitation and issue resolution skills; ability to drive consensus.
  • B.S. in Business, Engineering, or technical area. (MBA / master’s degree preferred.)
  • Strong business, leadership, planning and organizing skills.
  • Functional expertise in Supply Chain Management (e.g. Logistics, Fulfillment, Sourcing, SC Strategy, etc…)
  • Excellent attention to detail
