Job Description

All New RN graduates & RNs with less than 6 months experience are eligible to participate in our Nurse Residency Program. The Nurse Residency Program is designed as a 10-month program to support new graduate nurses as they transition into the professional role of nursing. The program is based on two theoretical frameworks strongly linked to transition of new graduate RNs

  • Benner's Novice to Expert Theory which identifies stages of development in clinical nursing practice;
  • Kramer's Reality Shock Theory which identifies role adaptation of new nurses as a major stressor
BRG is dedicated to continuing education for all RNs.

Graduating Nursing School from a RN Program within 60 days.

If you are a nursing student in a RN program and graduating within 60 days, please apply to this position.
