Now Accepting New Graduate RNs for our Nurse Residency Program.

El Camino Health’s New Graduate Nurse Residency is accredited with distinction as a Practice Transition Program by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation

Program will begin September 18, 2023

Qualifications:

All items listed below must be submit at the time of application

1. Resume - As part of your resume, include a brief statement of your professional goal(s), a brief listings of your clinical rotations including a description of your Senior Capstone/preceptor project.
2. References - Must include 3 Letters of Recommendation – at least 2 must be from Nursing Instructors, the 3rd may be from either a Nursing Instructor or a Clinical Preceptor
3. Copy of your final Transcript indicating date nursing degree conferred- if not provided at time of application must provide not later than 6/30/23
4. Certification(s) -AHA BLS required. Please include any additional related certifications (ie: ACLS, etc.)

Please note all documents must be submitted together at time of application.

Licensure – Should be submitted at time of application if available. Must have current, active, unrestricted California RN license no later than 7/21/23
