Network Technician

About the Role


As a Network Technician you will be troubleshooting, implementing, and administering all network components and systems. You must be able to understand and troubleshoot enterprise scale environments. You will be supporting Cisco technologies.


Responsibilities

  • Working alongside a team and external resources
  • Engaging in priority tickets for initial triage and troubleshooting
  • Troubleshooting, implementing, and administering network components and systems
  • Troubleshooting Cisco iOS and Cisco nxOS
  • Responding to automated alerts regarding system faults
  • Documenting work performed in enterprise ticketing system (ServiceNow)

Requirements

  • Have an Associates or bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience with Cisco technologies
  • Have any related certifications (Cisco, Palo Alto, VMware, Microsoft, etc)
  • Experience with monitoring softwares

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $43,159-$56,050.
