You Will Love It Here If You Enjoy

• Interfacing with vendors, including Verizon, ATT, Spectrum, etc.
• Monitoring network performance and troubleshooting to improve network optimization
• Installing, configuring, and supporting network equipment, including routers, switches, SD-WAN, Wireless AP & Controllers, and Firewalls

We Need You To Have

• The ability to work independently or collectively with a team.
• Familiarity and exposure to Cisco Switches, static\dynamic routing, and wireless is a must.
• The ability to establish a positive working relationship with internal and external customers, hourly production employees, and the entire IT staff.
• Good troubleshooting skills to resolve complex issues.
• Good communication skills for presentations to upper management.
• AS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field experience is required.
• The ability to travel 25% - 40%
