As a member of our FAA Enterprise Network Services (FENS) team, you will bring your passion, education and experience to this critical mission and interact directly with decision-makers and government staff who are tasked with ensuring the nation's air transportation system's underlying communications infrastructure is secure and always available. We are hiring skilled and energetic candidates to work alongside the best and brightest employees on a long-term career opportunity to design, build and operate the next generation NAS network supporting the busiest, most complex aerospace system in the world.
Manages the FAA FENS TSP program and the Verizon TSP Program Management Office. TSP Program Manager Coordinates TSP related projects across the organization and ensures TSP circuits and lines are reconciled regularly with the TSP Program Office. The TSP PM, also ensures everything runs smoothly and follows TSP Federal Office’s program rules and mandates, while maintaining a high level of detail for each project throughout their workday. Oversees the various TSP related projects throughout the organization and ensures that these projects are implemented and that they all align effectively with the TSP Program Office mandates as well as with Verizon’s mission.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Interact with both internal and external customers to ensure all customer concerns are researched and adjudicated promptly to preserve the customer experience
  • Organize daily TSP related service order activities
  • Ensure all reports are developed and distributed as required by the FAA Program Office and the DHS/CISA/ECD TSP Program Office
  • Create and propose sustainable TSP program related goals for the organization
  • Meet with stakeholders to discuss overall program rules and processes
  • Collaborate with Verizon process owners on developing their projects’ strategic direction and ensure that is aligned to the TSP program rules
  • Direct, monitor and sometimes implement TSP projects and work cross-functionally to ensure project goals are met
  • Ensure all TSP related project requirements and action items are routed to appropriate functional groups and tracked to completion
  • Develop program processes and make recommendations for improvement
  • Ensure all TSP processes are documented, distributed, and efficiently working for the program
  • Manages the daily FAA FENS TSP activities.
  • Present TSP technical information to diverse audiences both in-person and remotely


What we’re looking for...

Bachelor's degree or 10 years or more relevant work experience

Ability to obtain a US Public Trust clearance

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Strong proficiency with: MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to articulate ideas
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and solutions and how they are aligned with allocated duties
  • Excellent communication skills via telephone, email, and in-person
