  • Monitor network systems, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure continuous network availability for critical hospital operations, including voice communication, data transfer, and wireless access.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to hospital staff for VoIP-related inquiries, firewall configurations, WAN connectivity, and wireless access issues, ensuring clear communication, data transfer, and reliable wireless connectivity.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Network Analyst or similar role, preferably in a healthcare or hospital setting.
  • Proficiency in configuring and managing network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, access points, VoIP systems, and wireless controllers.
  • Experience with network monitoring tools, troubleshooting techniques, and ensuring reliable communication, data transfer, and wireless connectivity.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Solid understanding of network protocols, routing, switching, subnetting, VoIP technology, firewalls, WAN connectivity, and wireless networks.
  • Knowledge of network security practices and protocols, with a focus on securing communication channels, data transfer, and wireless access.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, hospital staff, and external vendors.
  • Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+, and relevant wireless networking certifications are a plus.

Benefits:
