CHA Consulting, Inc. is currently seeking a Network Analyst to join our IT Team in either Charlotte, NC or Miami, FL.

CHA's corporate groups support our technical sectors and market teams with financial, legal, business development and marketing, human resources, information technology and operational services to meet our clients' evolving needs.

The Network Analyst position is primarily responsible for the daily care and feeding of on premise and Azure Cloud network infrastructure under the direction of the Network Operations Manager and Lead Network Administrator.

Additional responsibilities include configuration, monitoring and troubleshooting network performance issues, monitoring infrastructure security, making change recommendations, implementing approved changes to the infrastructure, and setting up new equipment. Network Analysts will field incident requests and escalations in support of the helpdesk team.

Network Analysts will be expected to troubleshoot, isolate, and resolve network infrastructure and application issues consistently and methodically. Network Analysts will also document network topologies and configurations as they change. Network Analysts may be called on to work on licensing and budgeting related tasks and develop end user training as needed. Travel to other company offices is required.
