Netsuite Analyst Jobs

HumanN is growing, and we are looking for a full-time NetSuite Analyst to work with us! This position is a hybrid position, and candidates in the Austin area are preferred.

The NetSuite Administrator will be responsible for managing and customizing the NetSuite platform to meet business needs. They will be accountable for supporting enterprise change management, communications, and training within the scope of NetSuite.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Act as driver of change across the organization, accountable for supporting enterprise change management, communications, and training within the scope of NetSuite.
• Manage and customize the NetSuite platform, including managing scheduled script executions and deploying SuiteScript and SuiteFlows, to meet business needs.
• Provide support during non-standard work hours or during an unplanned emergency if needed.

Skills/Competencies/Experience:

• Two to four (2-4) years of NetSuite experience including customization and administration.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant major or experience equivalency.
• Relevant certifications in NetSuite Administration.
• Proficiency in project management software tools, such as Jira, and other tools for leading, managing, monitoring, and controlling project activities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical staff and develop written reports and presentations for various audiences, including senior executives.
• Excellent project management skills, with demonstrated track record of applying program management principles, practices, and techniques with a strong results orientation.

Work Location: Austin, TX. Local Austin-based candidates will be given priority.
