Summary

The .NET Developer will design, develop, and maintain software applications. This position will work both independently and as a team member to develop custom solutions for different business units within the organization. The .NET Developer will work with different vendors and partners to integrate disparate systems.

Specific Job Functions

• Work with vendors and partners to integrate disparate systems.
• Collaborate with testers, subject matter experts, and end-users to identify workflow automation opportunities.
• Troubleshoot and debug software issues.
• Create ad-hoc reporting, imports, and extracts as needed.
• Design, develop, and maintain software applications using .NET technologies.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall improvement of software quality.
• Work as a member of a team, contributing to the development of custom solutions for various business units.

Minimum Job Requirements

• Must have knowledge of distributed version control systems (i.e., git).
• Must have excellent communication both written and verbal.
• Must have working experience with relevant languages and frameworks such as C#, ASP.NET Razor Pages/MVC/Web APIs, JavaScript, MSSQL, Bootstrap, etc.
• Four years of experience can be used in lieu of degree.
• Must be familiar with automated testing.
• Must be able to work independently and as a team member.
• Two (2) years of experience in .NET development is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
• Must have basic understanding of full stack web development concepts and common system architecture design principles.
• Must have experience with cloud technologies and APIs.
• Basic understanding of banking operations is preferred.
• Must reside in one of the following states: Louisiana, Mississippi, or Texas.
