At GDIT, people are our differentiator. As a .NET Developer preferably with ColdFusion experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of .NET technologies and a strong background in software development. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications, as well as troubleshooting issues and providing support to end-users. Additionally, you will be responsible for migrating legacy ColdFusion code to .NET.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to migrate legacy ColdFusion code to .NET
• Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment
• Write efficient, scalable, and maintainable code that meets business requirements
• Communicate effectively with team members, project managers, and other stakeholders
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot web applications using .NET technologies and ColdFusion (ColdFusion preferable, but not a requirement)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop high-quality software solutions
• Perform code reviews and ensure code quality and best practices are followed
• Debug and troubleshoot application issues and provide timely resolutions

Qualifications:

• Experience with web services, APIs, and integration with third-party systems
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development using .NET technologies and ColdFusion (preferred)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
