Responsibilities

Manage and lead a national revenue cycle Team to support a rapidly growing multi-site national healthcare services company. Build your Revenue Cycle Team, be a company leader, apart of a fast growing, high performance, national allergy & asthma clinic and research platform. We operate in 12 states, served 750,000 patients visits last year and remain focused on providing the highest patient care and service satisfaction. Our operating culture is energizing as we all work together to build an engaged culture for our incredible Staff and each other.

Qualifications

RCM Director must have the demonstrated skills in their past to operate in this rapidly growing healthcare services company, build a high performing RCM Team, deliver KPIs and support our broader Team as we remain laser focused on patient care, an exceptional performance culture and our success. The Leader will be looked upon to lead an exceptional RCM Team and contribute on a national business level as we build AllerVie Health. Strong leadership, proven track record, demonstrated skills to scale a national leader, deliver best in class KPIs, and be apart of a high performing leadership Team are all requirements.
