Position Summary:


We are looking for a National Appointment Agent to join our team and serve as an Appointment Setter for our Regional Business Analysts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for utilizing our state-of-the-art automated phone system to identify potential clients, contacting them, and scheduling appointments for our sales team to introduce our payment processing solutions. The Ideal Candidate:


  • Be comfortable on the phone for multiple hours a day
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • A basic understanding of payment processing solutions is preferred
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • 2 years of proven experience as an Appointment Setter or in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Have high-volume call center experience
  • Multilingual candidates are a plus
Responsibilities:


  • Participate in ongoing training to maintain a comprehensive understanding of our payment processing solutions and industry trends
  • Accurately update and maintain the CRM system with client information and appointment schedules
  • Achieve weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets and metrics
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure appointment schedules are aligned with their availability and territory
  • Communicate with potential clients via phone to schedule appointments for sales reps
  • Identify potential clients through our automated dialing phone system and follow up with clients when necessary

Minimum Qualifications:


Education: Highschool degree or equivalent


Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in a high-volume call center, ideally B2B, with a proven track record of success


Other Skills: Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and negotiation skills; ability to respond quickly and effectively when dealing with a variety of people, and situations, organized, self-driven and goal-oriented; ethical with consistent follow-through skills; second language is a plus
