Music Teacher Jobs

Full time position in a Catholic grammar school teaching general music theory to grades Kindergarten – 8th using NJ Common Core and national standards. Proficient knowledge in keyboarding important. Responsibilities include teaching music classes and giving small group instrumental lessons.

Candidates must have at least a bachelors’ degree, preferably in music education or a related musical degree with NJ teaching certification preferred. Candidates with certificate of eligibility will be considered.

Knowledge of lesson planning, classroom management strategies and child development necessary as well as the teachings of the Catholic faith.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
