Music & Film Intern Jobs

Melba Culp LLC is seeking a Music & Film Intern to begin in Summer or Fall 2023.

Melba Culp is a musical artist, music publishing company, independent record label, merchandiser and film production company based in Austin, TX.

The position is a voluntary internship and all necessary materials to fulfill the role will be provided. As a Music & Film Intern for Melba Culp, you will be directly involved in the production of multiple music videos, short-films and the release strategy of audio and visual content. Your role may be expanded based on your skillset and interests. Number of hours required each week will vary based on priorities at-hand. Melba Culp is an independently managed artist and is looking for an individual who has an interest in either working in the film or music industry and may be interested in future roles in Melba Culp's organization (relating to management, marketing, publishing, touring, video production and other relevant roles).

Requirements:

• Reliable means of transportation
• Authorized to legally work in the State of Texas
• Flexible schedule (specific to video production dates, spread across Q3 2024, Q4 2024 & Q1 2024)
• An interest in both the music and film industries
• Valid passport (preferred but not required)
• Strong communication skills
• Highly-motivated individual
• At least 18 years of age
• Reliable
• Some relative experience or education greatly preferred
• Clean criminal record
• Problem solver
• Available to begin as early as August 15th, 2023 and no later than September 1st, 2023
• Based out of or willing to relocate to Central Texas
