Job Description

You will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines, ensuring the highest level of quality and efficiency is delivered within their manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities


  • Record production data and maintain accurate production logs and reports
  • Monitor machine operations to detect problems, troubleshoot issues and make necessary adjustments to maintain productivity and quality standards
  • Follow all safety procedures and regulations, and report any unsafe conditions or incidents to management
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a safe and productive work environment
  • Conduct regular inspections of machines to ensure they are in good working condition and perform routine maintenance tasks as required
  • Set up and operate machines in accordance with established procedures and guidelines
  • Responsible for regular changeover dictated by product
Requirements:


  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • The shift pattern is alternating between 6-2/2-10 Monday-Friday
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams

Successful New Starters Will Be Entitled To The Following


After 6 months service- A gross payment of £350


After 12 Months- A further gross payment of £350 & After 18 months a further gross payment of £350


Salary


£25,400 - £28,000 depending on job.
