As the Multimedia Manager you will help to tell our corporate story to internal and external audiences in ways that engage and have impact. This position supports the Corporate Affairs and other internal teams by providing meeting production services and multimedia solutions, including video and podcast production, in support of various initiatives.

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING


  • Fresh Thinking – Produce videos and podcasts– from concept to completion – for various Corporate Affairs teams, external and internal platforms and other business initiatives. Work with internal business partners to create multimedia project recommendations, plans, delivery options, cost and estimated timelines to ensure optimum multimedia delivery. Uses technical knowledge of current multimedia software and tools for a variety of projects to support business partners. Manage and maintain footage and completed projects in digital asset library as well as production equipment.
  • Tell our Story – Tell our corporate story to internal audiences in ways that engage and have impact, through audio, video, and event production. You will support internal channels including Teams Live Events and video streaming platforms, and video and audio publishing platforms.
  • Play to Win – Help think strategically about how to tell the best story that will connect with the audience and inform, inspire, and elicit action. You will lead technical productions from our HQ-based auditorium for live audiences as well as streaming audience. Manage a team of contractors who operate equipment while providing multimedia technical support this includes installation, configuration, and operation of a broad range of multimedia. You will develop strong stakeholder relationships that allow deep understanding of goals and needs and provide guidance on creative direction.


YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS


  • Demonstrated ability to see a project through to completion, work independently as well as work effectively within a team, with employees at all levels of the organization and with external vendors/contractors.
  • Experience using video conferencing, electronic touch panel control delivery and web streaming technologies, as well as a working knowledge of web technology and developing internet/intranet multimedia content.
  • Maintain calm under pressure. Demonstrated ability to meet tough deadlines, execute flawlessly, juggle multiple projects, thrive in a matrixed team and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintain excellent, solutions-focused customer-service skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media, IT or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience, preferably in a large corporate environment with a focus on multimedia communications/support.
  • Must be able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and possess a high level of accuracy with information.
  • Advanced experience using content creation software and hardware including Adobe Creative Suite, Newtek Tricaster, cameras and studio equipment and a proven ability to produce videos from concept to final edit.
