Multimedia Designer (work location is hybrid of choice - mix of in office and remote work but required to be commutable to 1901 Market street location).

Job Summary

The Multimedia Designer advances key messages and concepts through design, developing creative and highly professional visual content for a wide range of communications projects for multiple audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce high-quality print and digital materials and presentations for major company reports and meetings; provide presentation support as needed
  • Create and edit digital content to support communications through photo, video, ,web, and other media (social, mobile, etc.) while adhering to corporate brand and quality standards
  • Maintain department’s SharePoint/Teams sites
  • Work both independently and collaboratively with people across the company while remaining responsible for the creation of materials from project initiation through completion
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive materials
  • Keep up with emerging design trends and advances, integrating relevant tools and skills into day-to-day work

Qualifications

  • BA/BS in graphic design, visual arts, web design, or similar discipline, or equivalent knowledge acquired by work experience and training
  • 4+ years of professional graphic design experience
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud software (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint and Teams/SharePoint
  • Proficiency with video editing software
  • Strong graphic design skills in typography, layout, composition, color theory, and information design
  • Excellent communications, consultative, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to evaluate choices critically, with presenter, audience, and business needs in mind
  • Detail-oriented, with good time management, project management, and organizational skills
  • Nimble and flexible working style; ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Eagerness to learn
  • Must exhibit discretion and judgment while working with sensitive and confidential information
