Are you a creative thinker and exceptional visual communicator that would thrive on increasing member engagement through graphics and video communications? We are seeking a Multimedia Communications Specialist in our St. Louis, MO office for our ProSource division. This multi-faceted position specializing in digital marketing and creative production supports and delivers the execution of strategic communication initiatives to internal and external key stakeholders. As a Multimedia Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for all internal communication needs inclusive of maintaining and updating the internal intranet site, as well as developing and delivering graphics and content for email, Facebook, videos, and presentations. In addition, you will develop and deliver the filming of, editing, and producing of videos for both internal and external audiences.

Our Multimedia Communications Specialist will:

• Oversee and create marketing journeys and campaigns, making recommendations for improvements and enhancements of internal communications.
• Oversee internal video production including project management, concept presentation, filming, editing, and creating videos for internal and external campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and leverage diverse communication channels to create and execute the overall look and feel of the ProSource intranet site, internal emails, videos, and other internal communications to achieve maximum engagement.
• Design and develop a wide variety of project specific assets including signage and collateral for events, contests, convention, newsletters and PowerPoint presentations.
• Apply visual design best practice principles to the design and development of static and interactive elements (graphics, videos, animations, interactive simulations, etc.) while maintaining branding/graphic standards.

Do our requirements match YOUR background?

• Graphic design using Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe Illustrator.
• Audio editing with Adobe Audition or GarageBand and presentation editing with PowerPoint or Keynote
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills as well as interest in digital communication trends.
• Video Editing using FinalCut Pro or Adobe Premier and After Effects, Dreamweaver, and Adobe Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, multi-media design or a related field plus a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in graphic and video creation. Both B2B and B2C experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly, follow up on commitments in a timely and through manner, and question conventional thinking.
• Familiarity with Digital Asset Management systems like Image Relay and either Sitecore, Wordpress, or comparable CMS.
• Ability and propensity to review performance and customer metrics to determine trends.
