Job Description
Nation-wide real estate management organization is looking for a MS SQL Data Engineer to join their growing analytics team. In this role you'll be responsible for building pipelines and dimensional models for predictive and historical analysis of business strategy and project/product performance. You'll be working with MS SQL Server, Python, Azure Databricks, and Azure DevOps.


This role can be hybrid or remote and the company offers full benefits including medical, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, 401k with match, and more!


Qualifcations


  • Strong T-SQL programming skills
  • Some experience with Python
  • At least 2 years of MS SQL Data Engineering or Data Warehouse development experience
  • Some experience with Azure Databricks or any other dimensional modeling tool (ER/Studio, Erwin, SQL Database Modeler, SSAS, Star Schema, Snowflake Schema, etc.)


Pluses


  • Azure DevOps, Octopus Deploy, Jenkins, Docker, any other CI/CD tools
  • Azure
  • Real estate industry experience
