Mowing/Landscape Crew Member

Our client, a commercial & residential landscape maintenance, hardscape and snow management company that services clients in the South Lyon, MI area and surrounding communities is looking for crew members. Crew Member Expectations:

• Enhance curb appeal and beautify outdoor spaces
• Safely and efficiently operate lawn maintenance, landscaping, snow and ice management tools and equipment
• Always represent the company through considerate communication and professional conduct
• Provide 24/7 critical snow and ice management services

Crew Member Requirements:

• Team player, every crew member will perform all tasks needed at the job site
• Accountability to themselves and to their team
• Able to handle the physical demands of the position
• 1 year’s lawn care experience preferred
• Be punctual and reliable
• Trainable, coachable, and able to grasp new concepts quickly
• Zero turn mower experience preferred
• Able to work outdoors in different weather conditions
• Be someone others want to work with

Pay: $18-$19/hour
