Mortgage Loan Processor - Remote | Wfh

Currently originating $100MM in loans per month, we are excited to expand our team and are seeking detail-oriented Loan Processors to join us.

As a Loan Processor, you will play a crucial role in our operations by processing loans from set-up to closing in an organized and timely manner. Your responsibilities will include coordinating mortgage settlements, reviewing document checklists for accuracy, and building strong relationships with borrowers to provide outstanding customer service. You will also communicate with various transaction stakeholders and maintain an individual pipeline of loans.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in title and/or mortgage
Prior experience with Encompass
Proficiency with Outlook and Adobe products
Strong Microsoft Office experience

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational, planning, and time management abilities
Real estate knowledge is a plus
