Springhill Medical Center is a full service hospital serving southwest Alabama. Our surgical services include outpatient, inpatient, open-heart and robotic surgery. Pre-employment Requirements

• We are a drug free facility. Passing a pre-employment drug screening is required.
• All employees are required to be vaccinated or provide a valid medical or religious exemption.

Education Requirements

• Validation of high school diploma or equivalent required.

Job Requirements

• Must be able to pass a Monitor Tech class.
• Must have a working knowledge of medical terminology and have excellent customer service and computer skills.
• Completion of a Monitor Technician training program or monitor tech experience required.
• Must be able to perform in a high-stress environment.
• Must be a a good multi-tasker.
