Mold Cleaner Injection Molding

Responsibility:

• Check Product to meet Quality Standards
• Preventive Maintenance and cleaning on injection molding molds
• Perform and Document Quality Tests according to Testing Procedures
• Support production floor as needed running machines and packaging product as trained/instructed.
• Operate Machines according to SOPs and Training
• Other Duties as assigned
• Keep Work Area Clean
• Maintain documentation of work performed

Authority:

• Operate Production IM-Equipment as trained/instructed.
• Coordinate Preventive Maintenance on Molds
• Support Safey Program
• Understand all SOPs and TPs that are within the scope of the work performed.

Job Requirements:

• Must be able to complete task with little to no supervision
• Must have sufficient communication and writing skills.
• High school education or equivalent.

Physical Requirements:

• Must have appropriate vision to perform detailed quality inspection as outlines in SOPs and TPs.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Must be able to stand and walk for up to 10 hours.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
