Mini Excavator/Backhoe Operator: Candidate is required to possess knowledge about excavation safety to safely operate mini excavators and backhoes. Candidate should also be familiar with various tools & equipment such as compressors, tampers, jack hammers, locators, etc. to safely use them.

• Must setting hand holes and tie-ins
• Ability to work full-time, in an outdoor environment and in all weather conditions.
• Must be willing to learn and grow with organization.

• Ability to interact and communicate well with superintendent, area manager, co-workers and customers.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours, including overtime and be willing to travel.
• Willing to learn and grow with the company.
• Operate plows, mini excavators, backhoes, and other various tools and equipment.

Mini Excavator/Backhoe Operator:

• Valid driver's license is required. CDL Preferred.
• Experience operating mini excavator/backhoe.
