Biewer Sawmill Winona, Inc. is looking to add a full-time Millwright to

our team in Winona, MS. This position will maintain all equipment in a

manner that allows for safe operation, maintain equipment that

prevents any downtime from occurring from mechanical failure, and

maintain the inside and outside of all buildings.

Accountabilities
Primary responsibilities will include:

Keep equipment operational at all times

Perform preventative and regular maintenance on equipment,

buildings, tools, and any/all machinery

Make mechanical adjustments where needed to meet product

demands

Complete work orders in a timely manner

Keep fork trucks safe and operable

Perform setup, adjustments, and all maintenance

Practice hazardous waste and material handling procedures

Keep accurate records of all maintenance problems and/or repairs.

Order supplies and parts as needed

Maintain a safe workplace and culture, and complete required safety

forms, checklists, and permits.

Perform Lockout/Tagout procedures

Ensure the maintenance department is kept orderly and clean

Responsibly follow all safety procedures and policies, working

together with co-workers to ensure a safe work environment and

culture.

Qualifications
At least 3 years of maintenance experience is required.

High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Must be able to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.

Must be mechanically inclined and have the ability to troubleshoot.

Have a working knowledge of welding, electrical, hydraulic, and

control technology.

Familiar with safe equipment practices.
