Job Summary

We are seeking a full-time, Administrative Support Specialist to support a federal government client in a hybrid work environment in Herndon, VA.

Responsibilities And Duties

• Reviewing time and attendance.
• Preparing travel orders and travel vouchers.
• Experience arranging government travel.
• Answering and routing phone calls, filing and other general clerical duties
• Experience with general office equipment and technologies.
• Effective at organizing and facilitating meetings for 10 - 100 people.

Qualifications And Skills

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 4 years' experience.
• Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills.
• Ability to shift between projects while awaiting inputs from other projects.
• Excellent skill with MS Excel and MS Word.
• Strong work ethic: punctual, reliable, and supports team goals.
