About the Role:

EGlobalTech, a Tetra Tech Company, is looking for a 100% remote Microsoft 365 Engineer to join our Technology Solutions Practice. This team is supporting a federal Data Center site located in Kiln, Mississippi and requires the ability to obtain a Public Trust Badge and/or clearance. We are looking for a Microsoft Engineer to support development, modernization, and migration in support of a government multi-cloud environment. Aside from technical qualifications, the applicant should have effective communication skills, both written and verbal. The applicant must have engineering lead experience and extensive Microsoft 365 and Exchange/SharePoint knowledge and experience with integration, system analysis or programming experience, including developing Azure systems requirements and design specification. A passion for performance, strong desire for quality conformance, and attention to detail are prerequisites for this position.

Responsibilities:
  • Reviews and prepares system documents and specifications.
  • Modern business methods and performance measurement techniques.
  • Supports Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Azure AD.
  • Be prepared to provide sound advice as to prioritizing projects or tasks and when to delay.
  • Coordinates and performs logical and physical systems designs.
  • Enforce quality standards for engineered solutions and promote continuous improvement.
  • Provides technical direction to personnel performing systems analysis and system/ subsystem development tasks.
  • Application of activity and data modeling, transaction/workflow analysis, internal control, and risk analysis.
  • Change and Configuration Management best practices.
  • Cross functional communication.
Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of Exchange and/or SharePoint server support
  • Ability to produce concise and clear technical documentation
  • 5+ years of Microsoft 365 integration, systems analysis, or programming experience
  • Experience collaborating with technical teams of diverse IT related skill sets
  • Experience supporting Infrastructure as Code (IaC) or automation initiatives
  • Certification:
    • One Microsoft 365 Certification
  • One Microsoft 365 Certification
  • Exemplary communication, analytical skills, and technical knowledge across the client environment
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of Mail routing and deploying in Government environments
