Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements, translating them into technical specifications for Microsoft 365 solutions.
2. Develop and customize Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate (Flow), Power Apps, and SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
3. Design and implement Microsoft 365 integrations with other business systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
4. Create and manage SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and custom workflows to streamline business processes and optimize content management.
5. Implement and maintain security measures, access controls, and governance policies within Microsoft 365 environments.
6. Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to Microsoft 365 applications, resolving incidents promptly to ensure uninterrupted operations.
7. Develop and maintain custom solutions using Microsoft 365 development tools, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive Microsoft 365 solutions that address the unique needs of our clients.
9. Stay updated with the latest developments in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, evaluating their potential applications for enhancing business productivity and efficiency.
10. Assist in user training and documentation of Microsoft 365 solutions, ensuring users can fully utilize the platform's capabilities.

Skill Set:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
2. Proven 2-4 years of experience as a Microsoft 365 Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing completed projects.
3. Expertise in developing and customizing Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate, Power Apps, and SPFx.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 development tools such as Microsoft Visual Studio, Power Platform, and SharePoint Designer.
5. Experience with SharePoint Online, including site creation, configuration, and administration.
6. Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API and integration with other third-party systems.
7. Strong understanding of information architecture and content management in Microsoft 365 environments.
8. Knowledge of security and compliance features in Microsoft 365, ensuring data protection and regulatory compliance.
9. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft 365 applications.
10. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, collaborating effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
