Merchandising Manager Jobs

FACE FOUNDRIÉ is looking for a Merchandising Manager to join our team to manage sourcing, vendor relationships, ensure flawless execution of customer and store orders, as well as bring a high level of organization to our HQ warehouse.
Key Responsibilities

• Own relationships with vendors. Host quarterly joining business meetings and collectively build forecasts.
• Receive, stock and pack orders for stores and ecommerce
• Complete order and shipping documentation accurately
• Maintain a high level of organization and cleanliness within warehouse setting
• Monitor sales, identify customer trends, predict customer demand, order merchandise, and analyze sales reports
• Communicate with vendors, stores and franchisees to track shipments
• Devise ways to optimize inventory control procedures
• Ensure product stock is adequate for all distribution channels
• Ensure customer orders are fulfilled with accuracy and efficiency
• Perform routine inventory counts
• Oversee the part-time fulfillment coordinator(s)
• Moving inventory throughout the work space using various machinery and equipment
• Partner with marketing manager and vendors to create a in-store promotional calendar and plan activation in-store
• Source merchandise, packaging and store supplies from various vendors
• Inspect levels of business supplies and raw material to identify shortages
• Update quarterly merchandising guide and assist corporate stores with setting shelves
• Manage private label business inclusive of working with manufacturing partners.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Organizational skills to manage multiple orders at a time without errors
• Intermediate experience using G-Suite
• Previous experience creating forecasts and POs
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy, with a dedication to quality
• Interpersonal skills to work well within a team environment
• College degree
• 2-4 years of relevant experience
• Ability to manage team effectively to complete all orders within a set timeframe
• Ability to follow existing company policies and procedures
• Ability to lift 40+ lb boxes
• Ability to work safely within a warehouse environment

Compensation: From $47,000.00 to $52,000.00 per year
