What does a Merchandiser / Product Stocker do at Swire Coca-Cola? You are the face of Swire Coca-Cola at your local grocery stores! Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and promoting the look of success on our product portfolio. You will ensure customers have access to the best beverages by keeping product shelves, displays and coolers all stocked and filled! Along the way you will have a firsthand look into consumer insight, retail execution of a worldwide recognized brand and the fundamentals of the rapidly growing beverage industry! Great Fulltime Opportunity to Start a Career in Sales or Retail Management
Responsibilities Include

• Restock Coca-Cola products throughout the store
• Build creative displays and other promotional items
• Clean and organize shelves/aisles each day to provide a safe environment for consumers
• Organize daily Coca-Cola deliveries into back stock area
• Maintain backrooms by organizing and consolidating back stock

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Reliable form of transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Work weekends and holidays as directed by the business
• Driving record meet Swire’s vehicle policy requirements
• Valid driver’s license
• Able to operate a mobile smartphone device

Base pay range $21.05 to $22.73 per hour. Pay offered will depend on candidate’s geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities. Position may be eligible for afternoon/night shift premium depending on the shift.
Employees and families offered Medical, Dental, Vision; union pension with employer contributions; Mileage Reimbursement; Sick pay awarded at 1 hour per 40 hours work, annually 7 paid holidays plus 2 floating holidays; Vacation of 40 hours available next calendar year; Eligible for paid Bereavement and Jury Duty.
