Schedule: 1st Shift - Moving to 4 -10 hour work weeks soon! Currently working 5 - 8 hour days. Weekend availability required.

Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour + $20.00 per day fuel allowance = $5,200 per year average for full-time

Sign-on Bonus - This position is eligible for a sign on bonus of $1,000!

Position Description:

This position is responsible for stocking shelves and rotating products in designated grocery and super store center. In addition, this position is responsible for the performance of all duties within the objectives, standards, mission, and policies of Doll Distributing LLC, State of Iowa laws and regulations governing the beer industry, and brewery/supplier requirements

Essential Functions:

• Compliance with all company safety guidelines
• Stock shelves, displays, and coolers with products daily primarily at grocery stores and super store centers in accordance with company and brewery merchandising standards
• Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner
• Exhibit strong commitment to the service needs of the external customer
• Place proper point-of-sale materials on mail shelf, displays, and coolers
• Other duties as assigned
• Prepare damaged and outdated product for pickup and return
• Manage incoming product at stores by emptying trucks and pallets and placing product in back stock or shelves
• Condense and organize backstock and backrooms at customer locations to ensure cleanliness at all times
• Organize product using proper rotation standards for freshness and quality, face product on shelves

Non Essential Functions:

• Build, set, or move product displays at customer locations
• Assist sales reps with various tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information
• Ability to work within multiple locations within assigned territory
• Must have insured personal vehicle for transportation between accounts and provide the company with updated insurance as it renews
• Must be 19 years of age
• Provide own transportation to and from multiple work site locations
• High school diploma or GED

Essential Skills and Knowledge:

• Working knowledge of Excel and Outlook and either entry-level (or ability to learn) Mobility
• Able to work with a diverse group of people and customers
• Demonstrate strong communication, customer relations, time management, and problem resolution skills
• Demonstrate a commitment to learning and understanding product portfolios
• Meet or exceed minimum productivity standards established by Doll Distributing LLC
• Effectively plan and organize work activities independent of direct supervision

  • This position drive personal vehicle to customer locations in various weather conditions
• This position will spend 90% of the shift in a climate-controlled environment and 10% of the shift in an outdoor environment
• The individual in this role must possess the ability to walk, stand, sit, bend, and climb stairs on a frequent basis. Must have the ability to safely lift a minimum of 24 lbs. without assistance, waist level, waist to should level, shoulder level to overhead. Must have ability to push/pull/lift a maximum of 165 lbs. with appropriate equipment. Requires significant demands on these physical requirements through entire work shift with tasks performed in all weather conditions. The ability to pay attention to detail, problem solve, troubleshoot, and make decisions is required.
