Mental Health Coordinator Jobs

AHL HealthCare Group is seeking a full-time Treatment Director to oversee our IRTS Facility. The Treatment Director functions as the head of all operational facets of the program. This position requires a person with energy, organization, creativity and desire for improving the lives of others. The primary goal is to provide program oversight to strengthen the skills of staff and help recipients achieve their treatment goals. Hours of Position: Full-time Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm Compensation: $52,000-$60,320 salary, depending on qualifications Qualifications: A baccalaureate degree in a field related to human services, and 1-year FT work experience

• OR* A minimum of 50 hours of education and training related to human services and disabilities AND 4 years FT work experience (under the supervision of a staff person who meets the qualifications identified above) Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Interview and hire staff Provide direct supervision to program staff Complete evaluations and monitor work performance and implement corrective action when necessary Provide oversight to the program and ensuring company policies and procedures are being followed Act as a Designated Coordinator for Department of Human Services (DHS) licensing requirements Ensure all recipient's treatment goals are being met Report improper or suspicious behavior and misconduct Maintain professional contact with recipient's case managers, guardians, doctor's and other service providers Assure all paperwork is completed and on file at all times Other duties as assigned Benefits: Health Insurance (ICHRA) Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Supplemental Insurance (Short-Term Disability, Life, Accident, Critical Illness) Paid Time Off Performance-Based Wage Increases Employee Assistance Program
