Member Service Representatives - Credit Union Teller - Part Time

Hidden River Credit Union is seeking part-time Member Service Representatives for the Pine Grove, Hometown and Pottsville locations.

A Member Service Representative must display a positive attitude, excellent communications skills, and member service abilities. Prior work experience of 1+ year is preferred.

Member Service Representatives shape every member interaction and hold the pivotal role of ensuring member satisfaction and retention.

Locations:

• Pine Grove
• Pottsville
• Hometown

Schedules:

• 28-36 hours a week, rotational Saturdays.

Qualifications:

• Prior work experience 1+ year is preferred.
• General and business knowledge equivalent to a high school diploma.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate (GED) required.

Experience:

• Customer service: 1+ year
• Cash handling: 1+ year
• Banking: 1+ year

Responsibilities:

• Answering, addressing questions, and transferring phone calls.
• Receiving and processing deposits, checks, payments, and other financial transactions in an accurate and timely manner.
• Performs member service activities and responsibilities
• Accurately handles members financial transactions according to Credit Union policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Provide clear direction for members needs by utilizing listening, communicating and problem-solving skills.
• Provide prompt, professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous member service.
