- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Communications or related field, or equivalent combination of education & related experience.
- NY/VT Health Insurance License a plus.
- Medicare Sales preferred.
- Experience in a Medicare Managed care setting
- Frequently required to lift/transport heavy materials (brochures, etc.)
- Demonstrated time management and project planning skills. Must possess good problem-solving capabilities.
- Valid driver's license and access to vehicle for frequent travel within assigned territory.
- Demonstrated mastery of consultative sales process via successful sales track record.
- Outlook Word for windows, desired and basic data entry/typing skills.
- Excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills including public speaking.
- Knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel (or comparable program) helpful
- A high level of personal integrity and the ability to represent the company in a professional and courteous manner at all times, both internally and externally, is a must.
- Must be independent, confident and sensitive to the needs of Medicare eligible populations.
- Customer relationship management data fluency desired.
- (VT or NY) LAH Health Insurance license is required within 4-week training period prior to selling.
