FULL TIME/PERMANENT POSITION (Salary + Yearly Bonus + Benefits + PTO)


One of America's largest personal injury law firms is rapidly growing. They are building a new team of Medical Client Advocates to support the their national market. These medical professionals would ideally have experience current or previous experience working as a Medical Coder or Medical Scribe or Medical Records Analyst/Processor or Medical Administrative Secretary.

Summary:

As a Medical Client Advocate, you must be highly organized and able to document client/patient treatment data. A Medical Client Advocate will manage all medical client communication and documentation. The ideal candidate is a customer-focused and empathetic.


Responsibilities:

  • Daily interaction with clients gathering medical information.
  • Interact with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers regarding medical conversations.
  • Review and order medical records from providers and communicate records information to clients.
  • Communicate and escalate client concerns to supervisor.
  • Engage insurance carriers and healthcare providers to secure information and account balances.
  • Manage active case inventory and customer experience metrics.
  • Work directly across multiple functional groups to coordinate and deliver a strong client experience.


Qualifications:

  • Must possess the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage workload with a positive attitude and minimal supervision.
  • Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong writing and communication skills along with attention to detail.
  • Computer and database expertise, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Proactive interaction with team, clients, insurance companies and medical providers.
  • Experienced with Medical Records, Medical Terminology, Medical Documentation etc...
